Karen Alayna Thimell is a writer and editor currently living in Seattle, Washington. Her work has appeared in Quarterly West, This Land Press, Rattapallax, Jmww, Connotation Press, and elsewhere. She holds an MFA from the University of Pittsburgh, where she taught creative writing and served as poetry editor for Hot Metal Bridge.
