Lizeth Arauz Velasco is an independent documentary photographer. She has a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has received two fellowships from the National Foundation for Culture and the Arts (FONCA) to work on “The View from Below.”
Lizeth has participated in 48 collective exhibitions in China, Holland, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Ecuador, Mexico and Spain, and six individual exhibitions. Her work has been published in various Mexican newspapers, as well as Rolling Stone, Marie Claire, Playboy, Entrepreneur, Forbes México, and Glow, among other magazines.
