A native Californian transplanted to the South, Andrea Spofford is Assistant Professor of Poetry at Austin Peay State University. She writes essays and poems, some of which can be found in Sugar House Review, Kudzu Review, The Oklahoma Review, Revolver, paper nautilus, and others. Her chapbook Everything Combustible is available from Dancing Girl Press and her second chapbook, a collection of Alaska poems, is forthcoming from Red Bird Chapbooks in 2014.
